INSTRUCTIONS 

• What is included in the purchasing of Instructions of any of the displayed models?

           Each purchase of instructions for the models on the website will automatically send a download link to the email submitted at checkout including the PDF instructions & a XML file to upload the digital parts list to Bricklink to order the appropriate pieces. 

• How do I add the XML file to Bricklink to order parts?

          First you'll want to open the file, it'll look like computer coding. Once open, copy the entire script and open up your Bricklink account. Once you have completed those steps, you'll go to 'My wish lists' and hit upload. You will see a empty text box displayed which you will paste the script into and hit enter! Once completed the parts list will successfully be uploaded and ready for you to make your according purchases!

BUILDING KITS

• How does the process of ordering a kit get fulfilled?

          When you checkout & place a order you will be sent an email receipt with your downloadable link that involves the instructions of the model you bought & order number. Each Building kit is made to order, meaning we do not stock these, we assemble the kits when they are bought. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks after purchase depending on your country. Each kit will be mailed in a box to your home including all the pieces you need to assemble the kit & anything else you may have ordered.

• What is the return & refund policy?

          There is no refund on any instruction manual purchased as they are digital items that automatically get sent to you & cannot be deleted off your device. In incidences with downloads not working properly we will resend your purchased downloads with providence of your order number.

Building kits will only be accepted as a return if they have NOT been opened. The cost of these kits not only include the price for material but the price of all the hours used to design the car. You'll be responsible for the cost of mailing back the kit and once examined the refund will go back to the payment on file for your order. Please make sure of your decision of purchasing a building kit as of the cost expenses. In the event a kit is returned opened or missing components a refund of a fraction of the cost will be offered. If you are unsure of purchasing consider a instruction manual first! Commission orders will have a zero return policy, all sales are final! please reach out if you have concerns or questions!
